If you're interested in making something like it, try using Sketch.io!
I kind of improvised while I was making it, since I had no access to an actual editing software. For Monika's sprite, I used the Nyanpals DDLC Dialogue Generator. I usually just play around with it when I'm bored,honestly.It's great for memes... *AHEM*
